Shipping Instructions: Buyers will be responsible for removal of their own purchases. All items MUST be removed. All items sold "AS IS, WHERE IS."  NO items to be removed until full settlement is made. Any items not picked up will be forfeited without refunds. Buyer/Rigger must bring a copy of proof of liability insurance in order to remove large items. Buyer/Rigger is responsible for all waste/oil/substance and any other mess created during removal.

Checkout Date & Times: Removal: Auction Day.  All items must be paid in full before removing.  It is also the Buyers responsibility to make arrangements with the Seller for removal.  All items must be removed by August 25, 2014.
