ATTENTION BIDDER!!
Terra Point, LLC ("TPL" and or "Auctioneer") REQUIRES a digital signature of Terms of Sale contract for bidding approval.
To register follow these steps:
STEP 1: Complete BidSpotter registration steps by clicking the GREEN BUTTON above that reads, “Sign up to bid”.
STEP 2: Fill out and sign the Auctioneer Digital Agreement by clicking HERE.
Once you have completed the above two steps, please wait patiently for the Auctioneer to review your registration information. During this time you will receive an email from BidSpotter. It will read, “You have been registered to bid pending the auctioneer’s approval”. Once you have been approved by the Auctioneer, you will receive another email from BidSpotter that will read, “You are approved to bid”.
It is recommended registration be completed at least 72 hours before an event to ensure that all registration requirements are met and to resolve any issues that may occur prior to the sale start. If you do not register within this time frame, this does not mean you cannot register. However, late registrations may delay bid approval.
Bidding Deposits:
The Auctioneer may require a deposit of not less than twenty-five percent (25%) of the Buyer’s Total Purchase Price for bidding approval.
For Electronic Bidders, at its discretion, the Auctioneer may contact Bidders via email or telephone before or during the sale to provide a deposit. If the Auctioneer does not receive a response from its attempts to contact Buyer or if the Buyer does not provide a deposit, the Auctioneer reserves the right to refuse or cancel Buyer’s bids and re-sell Goods.
Unless otherwise requested, deposits may be made in the form of a credit card (Visa or MasterCard), cash, cashier’s check, or wire transfer.
You will be notified if it is determined a deposit must be made.
Sales Tax:
If you are tax exempt, please submit the appropriate Sales Tax Form immediately (i.e. NOW) to avoid payment delay. You can send in this form via fax 818-337-7198 or email accounting@terrapointllc.com. The Auctioneer will not remove sales tax from your invoice unless presented with this information at each auction.
Payments:
TPL must receive the total purchase price no later than 24 hours from receipt of invoice.
Acceptable Payment Methods:
1. Cash - ONSITE DAY OF SALE ONLY
2. Cashier’s Check
3. Wire Transfer
OVERNIGHT MAIL Cashier's Checks, Payable to: TERRA POINT, LLC, 1213 Ranch Road 620 South, Suite 105, Lakeway, TX 78734
Wire Transfer Instructions will be emailed to Buyers with invoice. If you would like these instructions prior, please contact TPL Headquarters at 877-772-5998 or email accounting@terrapointllc.com.
PLEASE NOTE: COMPANY CHECKS & CREDIT CARDS ARE NOT ACCEPTABLE AS PAYMENT
Removal:
Removal to be conducted by licensed and insured riggers for all non-carry items.
ALL items must be removed by Friday 07/01/2016
All equipment may be removed starting Wednesday, June 22nd and all items must be removed from the premises by Friday, July 1st 2016 unless otherwise authorized by TPL.
Removal will take place during normal business hours Monday-Friday unless otherwise authorized by TPL.
No buyer will be allowed to begin removal prior to payment in full of auction invoice.
TPL is not responsible for any items damaged during the process of removal.
If someone other than the registered bidder at an auction sale will be picking up and removing equipment, please complete this form to designate an Authorized Agent.
Rigging/Shipping:
A TPL representative must approve all riggers before beginning removal.
Riggers will provide TPL with a copy of a minimum $2,000,000 liability insurance policy. Requirements for Certificate Holder will be posted on TPL Sale Details page.
Buyer is responsible for the full cost of rigging and shipment.
