Auction Bidding Begins Closing on November 20, 2019 at 11:00 AM Eastern Time

All auction merchandise is sold as is, where is without warranty or guarantee.  Auctioneer and makes no warrantees, guarantees, or representations whatsoever.  All sales are final.  Buyers are responsible to conduct their own due diligence as they deem necessary.  Buyers are subject to an 18% buyer’s premium.  All payments must be made by direct wire transfer to auctioneer, or Credit Card within 48 hours of the close of the auction Wire Transfers are subject to a $20 fee per wire transfer. 

Winning bidders are responsible for any and all removal, packing, disassembly, re-assembly, shipping and removal costs.  Auctioneer is not responsible for any removal, packing, disassembly, re-assembly, shipping and removal whatsoever.  All items must be removed by November 27, 2019 at 12:00 pm Eastern Time.  Any purchases not removed within the allotted time will be considered abandoned without recourse by the buyer.

Sales Tax: All bidders are subject to MA 6.25% State Sales Tax unless the bidder has supplied a copy of their re-sale certificate and MA DOR form ST-4 to auctioneer.

Strategic Auction Alliance makes no warranties or representations of any kind or nature with respect to the property or its value and in no event shall they be responsible for correctness of description, genuineness, attribution, provenance, authenticity, authorship, completeness, condition of the property or estimate of its value. No statement (oral or written) in the catalog, or elsewhere shall be deemed such a warranty or representation, or any assumption of responsibility. Buyers must rely entirely on their own judgment. No sale will be set aside nor allowance made on account of any incorrectness, error in cataloging, or any imperfection not noted.

All items sold herein are sold without warranty or representation whatsoever, INCLUDING, WITHOUT LIMITATION, any warranty or representations to description, title, or capacity. All items are sold AS IS WHERE IS. AUCTIONEER EXPRESSLY DISCLAIMS THE IMPLIED WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY AND FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE. Strategic Auction Alliance reserves the right to demand a deposit from any bidders in order to approve them to bid. Strategic Auction Alliance reserves the right to refuse the bid(s) of any person without providing any notice or reason whatsoever. The auctioneer may at any time remove any lot, change or revise the description. All sales subject to MA Sales tax and the laws of the Commonwealth of Massachusetts. Any modifications to terms shall supersede any prior terms posted.

Auctioneer, Auction Property Owner(s), Seller(s), their principals, employees, agents, heirs and assigns expressly disclaim and and all liabilities, injuries, or any other casualties whatsoever resulting from buyers visiting the facility where the auction merchandise is located to preview merchandise prior to the auction, or picking up merchandise following the auction.  Prospective and successful buyers shall make and and all visits to the facility where auction merchandise is located at their sole peril.
