All property sold "AS IS, WHERE IS" with NO WARRANTY stated or implied.  ALL SALES ARE FINAL. Property is open to inspection. To make arrangements to view property, please contact the Auction Company.  It is the Bidder's responsibility to determine condition, age, genuineness, dimensions, value or any other determinative factor. Schneider Auctioneers, LLC may attempt to describe the merchandise in advertising, on the Internet and at the auction but makes no representations. In no event shall Schneider Auctioneers, LLC be held responsible for having made or implied any warranty of merchantability or fitness for a particular purpose. Bidder shall be the sole judge of value.

All Internet Bidders shall be registered at least 12 hours prior to auction start time.

A 5% Buyer’s premium with a $1000 cap per item for on-line bidders will be charged.

Buyers will be required to have a paid receipt before loading.

Payment Instructions: Acceptable forms of payment are wire transfer (preferred method), approved check, cash, or credit/debit card with a 3% service charge which must be received by the auction company within two banking days after the auction. Please contact the auction company for wire transfer instructions.

Arrangements for shipping or pick-up will be at the cost & responsibility of the winning bidder.  Winning bidder will have 15 days from date of auction to remove property, after that a $20 per day storage charge will be charged.

Purchases become the responsibility of and shall be and remain at the risk of the purchaser immediately upon acceptance of his bid.  It shall be the responsibility of the purchaser to insure his purchases immediately.  The Auction Company nor the Seller will provide any insurance on items between the time of the auction and the time of pick-up.

The auctioneer has the sole discretion to advance the bidding and may reject a nominal advance, should it in his estimation prove injurious to the auction.  The auctioneer shall be the final judge in all bidding disputes and shall name which bidder is the purchaser.

All sales are final.  Acceptance of a final bid by the auctioneer constitutes a legal, binding sales contract, pursuant to the terms and conditions stated.  Auctioned items are purchased AS-IS with no return option.

The auction company reserves the right to refusal (approval to bid) anyone deemed to be a potential detriment to the conduct of the auction.

All announcements made day of auction take precedence over any and all printed, internet or verbal statements.

Schneider Auctioneers, LLC is providing Internet pre-auction and live bidding as a convenience to bidder.  Bidder acknowledges and understands that this service may or may not function correctly the day of the auction.  Under no circumstances shall bidder have any kind of claim against Schneider Auctioneers, LLC or anyone else if the Internet service fails to work correctly before or during the live auction.  Schneider Auctioneers, LLC will not be responsible for any missed bids from any source.  Internet bidders who desire to make certain their bid is acknowledged should use the proxy-bidding feature and leave their maximum bid 24 hours before the auction begins.
