Internet Buyer’s Premium: 4% per Lot. Max of $500 per Lot.
Payment Terms:
*Winning Bidders must make contact within 24 hours after sale.
*Payment is due within 48 hours, unless other arrangements are made prior to the sale.
*Equipment must be picked up within 7 days, unless other arrangements are made.
Upon Bidder's successful purchasing of an item through BidSpotter, full responsibility for the purchased items is upon the buyer. Full possession will be given upon confirmation of full payment being made by the purchaser.
All property is sold "AS IS", and ALL SALES ARE FINAL. Property is open to thorough public inspection. Rivers West Auction will not be responsible for any missed bids from any source. Rivers West Auction reserves the right to withdraw or re-catalog items in this auction.
