 PROXY / ABSENTEE ONLINE (BIDSPOTTER) BIDDERS READ THIS CAREFULLY: You can LEAVE ABSENTEE BIDS (brought to the auction and bid against the bidders in attendance) by going to our website at www.auctionsaleinfo.com and follow the link to the online catalog. REMEMBER when bidding on line, you must tender a deposit (25% OF YOUR TOTAL BIDS) BEFORE your bids will be considered valid! You will be asked for a credit card when you register but this is ONLY to verify your identity! Bidding on line is very simple. Bids left on our site are silent, you do not see the other bids and other bidders do not see yours.

 It’s simple: Place your bids, calculate the total and wire 25% of this amount, or greater.

 BY PLACING A BID(S) IN PERSON OR ONLINE YOU ACKNOWLEDGE AND ACCEPT THE TERMS OF SALE.

All Proxy / Absentee bids must be received no later than 4:00 Eastern Standard Time on the day before the auction.

 All Bids (proxy OR on line / BIDSPOTTER BIDDERS) WE WANT TO BE ABLE TO APPROVE YOU FOR THIS BANKRUPTCY AUCTION SO PLEASE READ CAREFULLY AND COMPLY: All bids must be accompanied by a deposit equal to or greater than twenty five percent (25%) of your total bids. Without this deposit your bids will NOT be considered qualified bids. In the case of Bidspotter you may not be approved to bid without having wired in this deposit. Acceptable forms of deposit for online / Bidspotter bidders is as follows: Wire Transfer

Calculate an estimate of what you think you might spend and wire 25% of that amount. We are reasonable and expect the same from you, so if you expect to spend $100,000.00 send $25,000.00, if you exceed the $100,000.00 we will allow you to bid based on your good faith deposit, common sense applies!

 IMPORTANT! – When you wire us your deposit, please make it an odd amount so that it can be easily identified and credited to your account. For example, send $25,002.00 not $25,000.00. Then send us an email at auctionsaleinfo@gmail.com to alert us to look for your wire and the exact amount of the wire.

BALANCE OF PAYMENT: If you are a successful on line or proxy bidder an invoice will be emailed to you the evening of the auction. The balance indicated on the invoice must be received via wire transfer by 12:00 NOON on THE DAY AFTER THE AUCTION. In the event this sum is NOT received, your deposit may be subject to immediate forfeiture, without recourse of any kind and the awarded item(s) sold to another party.

 INSPECTION / REPRESENTATION: If you choose to bid without inspecting the items, your bids are in accordance with your investigation and due diligence NOT our descriptions or representations. You assume all risks associated with bidding without inspection.
