Terms and Conditions

REGISTRATION:

All bidders must register 24 hours in advance to participate in the auction. A full disclosure of name, entity, address, and residency must be disclosed for approval.
 

WARRANTY:

The Auctioneer shall not be responsible for the correct description, genuineness, authenticity of, or defect in any lot, and makes no warranty in connection therewith. No sale shall be set aside, nor allowance made on account of any incorrectness, error in cataloging, or any imperfection not noted.

NO DEDUCTION ALLOWED ON DAMAGED ARTICLES, ALL ARTICLES BEING EXPOSED FOR PUBLIC EXHIBITION, AND SOLD “AS IS” AND WITHOUT RECOURSE. ARTICLES ARE NOT WARRANTED AS MERCHANTABLE OR FIT FOR ANY PARTICULAR PURPOSE, AND NO CLAIM MAY BE MADE BY PURCHASER RELATING TO THE CONDITION OR USE OF ARTICLES PURCHASED, OR FOR PROXIMATE OR CONSEQUENTIAL DAMAGES ARISING THEREFROM.

ALL EQUIPMENT SOLD AS USED SURPLUS IN UNKNOWN CONDITION. IF FAILURE OR LOSS OCCURS PR39 WILL BE HELD HARMLESS. 

INVOICES / PAYMENTS:

Invoices will be sent out within 24 hours after the completion of the auction. The balance in full must be received no later than 24 hours after the buyer has received his/her invoice. All payments must be received in cash, certified funds, or wire transfers.

TAXES:

A 6% state of Michigan sales tax will be included on each buyer’s invoice. In order to receive tax exemption, we will need to receive the State of Michigan sales tax exemption certificate.

 
RESERVE:

The auctioneer reserves the right to reject any and all bids. On lots upon which there is a reserve the auctioneer has the right to bid on behalf of the seller.


BUYERS PREMIUM:

A 15% buyer’s premium will be added to the final purchase of each lot.


REMOVAL:

All items must be removed by or before Friday, August 28th. Each buyer is required to call ahead and make an appointment for removal.

For items requiring a forklift for loading a loading fee will be added.

 

PACKING: 

We can package and ship items at the additional cost to the buyer, Call for a quote 248-481-8512

 

REMOVAL DEFAULT:

If lots are not picked up by Friday, August 28th it will result in a forfeit of their items.
