10% ONLINE BUYERS PREMIUM FEE. **EACH LOT WILL FOLLOW PROPER STATE AND FEDERAL PAPERWORK REQUIRMENTS & BACKGROUND CHECK PRIOR TO SCHEDULING PICKUP. PROCESSING & SHIPPING FEES MAY APPLY.**
In order to be approved for this auction, Proxibid and the Auctioneer require the following:
Your Proxibid account must be in good standing for US buyers
$5,000 credit card authorization deposit for all International buyers
This auction requires a credit card validation as stated in the Terms & Conditions and it will be held for 7 days. I authorize Proxibid to charge this amount using the credit card information I have provided. I agree that I will pay, indemnify and hold Proxibid harmless against any liability pursuant to this authorization. I agree that I waive the right to dispute this charge with my credit card company without any limitations. I further agree to be held liable for any legal fees associated with the collection of these funds.
Failure to pay for the item(s) that you are the successful bidder on will result in a penalty in the amount of 25% of the purchase price of the item(s). This penalty must be paid to the Auction Company within 48 hours of the auction.
