Payment Instructions: OUR TERMS ARE VERY SIMPLE AND EASY TO UNDERSTAND.

1- There is a 15% Buyers Premium.
2- We will charge the credit card on file for each buyers purchases on TUESDAY, MARCH 30th (UNLESS OTHERWISE INSTRUCTED) There is a 3.5% Credit Card Processing Fee. Payment may also be made in person or mailed to 116 West Washington Street – Pittsfield, Il 62363. ALL BUYERS PLANNING TO PAY BY CASH OR CHECK MUST EMAIL US BY MONDAY, MARCH 29th by 5:00 pm. – sdukepcre@gmail.com
3 - Items may be picked up to avoid shipping costs. (Pick Up Dates - Sunday, March 28th - Saturday, April 3rd from 10am to 5pm everyday)
4- Each successful buyer will receive an invoice after the conclusion of the auction. This email will come from ProxiBid and will NOT include shipping. If you would like to have your items shipped, please email us at sdukepcre@gmail.com and we will email you another invoice with shipping included.
5- Everything will be shipped via UPS directly to the address that you have on file. You must have a "Physical Address" listed, we cannot ship to PO Boxes. Please have your FFL dealer email us a copy of their license at sdukepcre@gmail.com

PCRE Real Estate & Auction Inc. terms and conditions. Bidder agrees to be bound by the terms that follow, if bidding online. Bidders are required to register with proper identification prior to bidding and must use the paddle number issued to them from Proxibid when bidding. Online bidders are required to register with Proxibid. Registering through Proxibid requires a valid credit card as a security measure. All items sold as is where is. All announcements made at the auction shall supersede any prior advertising. Any/all Purchasers will be expected to rely upon his/her personal inspection or investigation of the property being offered at the Auction, or that of an approved party to Buyer, and not upon any representation of warranty or condition by the Seller or the Auction Company. Seller or Auction Company will, in NO WAY, be held responsible for any discrepancies, damage or loss of any property of Buyer once the Auctioneer says SOLD. PCRE Real Estate & Auction Inc., is providing Internet pre-auction and live bidding as a service to Bidder. Bidder acknowledges and understands that this service may or may not function correctly the day of the auction. Under no circumstances shall Bidder have any kind of claim against PCRE Real Estate & Auction Inc., or anyone else if the Internet service fails to work correctly before or during the live auction. PCRE Real Estate & Auction, Inc., will not be responsible for any missed bids from any source. Internet bidders who desire to make certain their bid is acknowledged should use the proxi-bidding feature and leave their maximum bid 24 hours before the auction begins.
