Removal:
All removal must be completed Monday-Friday 8:00am-3:00pm the week following the auction.
All items need to be picked up by March 19th unless other arrangments have been made. Seller will load items as is at no cost.
No buyer will be allowed to begin removal prior to payment in full of auction invoice.
MB Glick LLC is not responsible for any items damaged during the process of removal.
Seller will palletize your items for pickup or shipment for a fee. Rigging would include boxing, palletizing, loading freight items. Local pickup items will be loaded at no cost unless special packing for transportation is required. Special crating or requests can be handled on a per item basis. Please call with questions.

The payment terms for the auction are cash, certified check, wire transfer. Visa, MasterCard, American Express and Discover are all accepted for invoices less than $2000.00. If your invoice total is higher than $2000.00 then certified funds or wire transfer may be required. The buyers premium for this auction is 18%. All invoices not paid by March 16 2021 @ 4:00 pm will result in yur credit card on file being charged for the entire amount or a partial amount that will be considered a deposit. When registering for for an absentee/online bid a credit card will be required. Once the credit card information has been provided, Pa Auction Center reserves the sole right to automatically charge any and all winning total(s) to the credit card on file if the registered bidder is a successful high bidder. The winning total will consist of the hammer price(s) of the lot(s) successfully won, plus any applicable buyer's premium, handling charges, and tax. If shipping is required, any material, insurance, postage and handling fees, will be applied to the same transaction and credit card or at a later date as a second charge. Pa Auction Center has the right to change payment terms at their discretion. As required by Pennsylvania law, 6% (six-percent) sales tax will be charged unless you have a PA State Sales Tax Number on file with Pa Auction Center. - Require a PreAuthorisation charge on the credit card which will be refunded after the auction is over.
- Require a deposit up to $10,000.00 USD (refundable without purchase) for lack of sufficient Bidspotter history e.g. first time Bidspotter registrant, and or negative bidding history.
Bidder will be notified if it is determined a deposit must be made.
