All items sold as is where is. The information provided was taken off of a appraisal that was performed a few years ago. Bidders are encouraged to inspect the items prior to bidding. The seller made an effort to list anything wrong with any item or missing pieces from any items however some of these items came with a business acquisition and he never used them. Please study the pictures carefully and make sure the items will suite your need.
18% buyers premium for all online bidders. There is 3% discount offered if paid with cash or certified funds or a wire transfer with a $12.00 fee by the following business day.

3% discount if paying with cash or certified funds by the end of the following business day.
3% discount for wire transfers as well however the incoming wire fee of $12.00 will be added to the invoice.
Invoices will be emailed within 24 hours of the auction. (Be sure to check your spam folder). In the email will be a ink to pay with credit card. If you would like to pay using another method contact Leon by emailing leon@paauctioncenter.com.
Local pickup only for this auction. Seller or auctioneer will not provide shipping.
Buyer is responseable for all shipping arrangements including packing to ship.
Seller has a lift and will load any items for the buyer with the exception of approx 4 items which are too heavy for his lift. Those items will be specified in the lot description. For those items the buyer will be fully responsible to remove the items including all costs to load the items.
This item must be paid for and removed no later than 3 business days from date of auction unless other arrangements have been made prior to auction day. .
Yard closed after this date, daily storage fee will apply and items may be considered abandoned after 30 days
