Terms and Conditions
Online bidding terms: Cashiers check or wire transfer only.
All transactions must be settled within 4 business days
after auction. Cash or Check. A 15% buyers premium will
apply to all online purchases. Applicable sales tax will
apply unless buyer provides a tax exempt form. All bidders
must be pre-registered and be approved before Tuesday June 22 @ 5:00 p.m. cst. EVERYTHING WILL SELL AS IS WHERE IS!
Any announcement made sale day, shall take precedence over
any previous printed advertisement or printed material.

After items are sold, the purchaser assumes all
responsibility for items purchased. If you have any
questions, contact us @ john@nuttauction.com or call
(903)824-0581. All items must be removed from the auction site by Thursday June 25th unless other arrangements are made with the auction company. Nutt Auction Company is not responsible for stolen items. buyers are responsible for their purchases as soon as the hammer falls.
