Bob Iutzi Retirement Farm Auction

Bob Iutzi is retiring after farming in the Stanford area for his entire career.  Bob has an outstanding line of John Deere Equipment that is in excellent condition and field ready.   All of his machinery has been ran through a dealer shop annually and updated.  He has been a cornerstone in the community and your attendance will be appreciated. There will be 3-4 hayracks of small items.  We will be on the equipment line at 11:30 am. Loader tractor will be available on sale day, so bring your trailers.  Please Make Plans to Attend!!!!

Location: 488 E 1400 North Rd., Stanford, IL 61774


From Stanford go West on Rt. 122 for one mile to 150 E Rd.  Turn north and continue for two miles to 1400 North Rd.  Turn West and go one mile to farmstead on North side of the road.  Watch for Signs.

The sale sight is 18 miles west of Bloomington, Il and 35 miles south of Peoria, Il.

Terms:  Cash or Good Check, Items to be settled for that day.  Items Need To Be Removed Within One Week.

Restrooms and Food Stand Available.

By making a bid, Bidder accepts the terms and conditions below and will be bound by them.


Auction Catalog is a guide-only. Naughton Auction reserves the right to group lots, reduce or add quantity to lots, add lots, or delete lots.


Announcements made the day of the sale take precedence over written or advertised announcements, but do not alter, in any way, the terms and conditions of the sale.


For online bidders, a 2% will be applied to all purchases with a cap of $750.  


All purchases must be paid in full the day of sale. After an item has been sold, it becomes the sole responsibility of the purchaser. Purchases will not be released until invoice is paid in full. All items must be removed within 2 weeks after the sale date.


Acceptable forms of payment include Cash, Wire Transfer, Cashier’s Check, Personal or company check (ONLY IF accompanied by a Bank Letter of Guarantee).  Contact Naughton Auction regarding Credit / Debit Card Payments. If a major credit card is used for payment, a 3% surcharge will be added.


Naughton Auction makes every effort to accurately describe all items, but there is the possibility of error. Naughton Auction is not responsible for any errors or omissions in the description of merchandise. 


Please inspect all items before bidding.
