Auctioneers Note: Rick is retiring after farming in the McLean area all of his life. Rick has a nice line of equipment that is in good condition and field ready. All of his machinery has been ran through a dealer shop annually and updated. The sale bill listing was done preharvest so hours will be updated sale day. Your attendance will be appreciated. There will be very few small items. We will be on the equipment line at 10:30 a.m. Internet Bidding Available through BidSpotter.com. Auctioneers Terms and Conditions - Naughton Auction Service
By making a bid, Bidder accepts the terms and conditions below and will be bound by them.
Auction Catalog is a guide-only. Naughton Auction reserves the right to group lots, reduce or add quantity to lots, add lots, or delete lots.
Announcements made the day of the sale take precedence over written or advertised announcements, but do not alter, in any way, the terms and conditions of the sale.
For online bidders, a 2% will be applied to all purchases with a cap of $750.
All purchases must be paid in full the day of sale. After an item has been sold, it becomes the sole responsibility of the purchaser. Purchases will not be released until invoice is paid in full. All items must be removed within 2 weeks after the sale date.
Acceptable forms of payment include Cash, Wire Transfer, Cashier’s Check, Personal or company check (ONLY IF accompanied by a Bank Letter of Guarantee). Contact Naughton Auction regarding Credit / Debit Card Payments. If a major credit card is used for payment, a 3% surcharge will be added.
