Complete industrial plant for chemical process of obtaining BISULPHITE The equipment included in this process are: 4 Air blower driven by an electric motor *1 Azuzfre burner *High pressure steam boiler of 32 Kg/cm2 *3 Absorption columns *5 Tanks (2 with agitation and 3 without agitation) *3 Coolers *1 Storage Tank. / Planta Industrial Completa para proceso Químico de obtención de Gases de Bioxido de Azufre (SO2) los equipos que incluye este proceso son: 4 Sopladores de aire movido por motor eléctrico uno de ellos tipo centrifugo de 1 paso maneja aire húmedo con fluyo en peso de 81 100 lb/h potencia estimada de 1000 HP con 5500 RPM Temperatura de descarga 221º F y temperatura de succión 86º F, otro de ellos tipo centrifugo de 1 paso maneja aire húmedo con 100 lb/h potencia estimada de 75 HP Temperatura de descarga 116º F y temperatura de succión 86º F, 1 Quemador de Azufre tipo LURGI que funciona con mezcla de azufre y oxígeno para generar Bioxido de Azufre. Caldera para generar vapor a alta presión de 32 Kg/cm2. 4 Columnas de absorción dos de ellas en acero al carbón recubiertas con ladrillo anti acido manejan temperatura de 100º C con 2.2 kg/cm2 de presión y diámetro interior de 2.51 m altura 9.65 m altura de empaque 4.7m altura total 10.2 m dos restantes en acero inoxidable 316 empacada con anillos PALL de 1" de plástico. 5 Tanques de diferentes capacidades (2 con agitación verticales en acero al carbón recubiertos en el interior con ladrillo anti acido y 3 sin agitación). 3 Enfriadores tipo placas Horizontales. 1 Tanque de Almacenaje.
