A deposit of 25% of your anticipated purchase is required to bid online for international bidders.
Myron Bowling Auctioneers makes every attempt to accurately describe each item in the auction; however, it is possible that a mistake may occur. This is especially important to know if you plan on placing a Proxy Bid or if you plan to bid over the Internet (when available).
Please inspect before you bid. Remember, everything will be sold ?AS IS, WHERE IS? with absolutely no warranty or guarantee of any kind either written or implied.
Occasionally, additional information regarding any and all items being sold may come to light during the auction and take precedence.
PAYMENT & TAXES
THE AUCTIONEER accepts the following payment methods: wire transfer, deposits by check, cashier's check, certified check, direct deposits at the bank window, VISA and MASTERCARD debit and credit card, except American Express
Important:
In case of cash deposits at the bank window, a 3% tax of the total amount of the deposit will be charged to the buyer (according to the Mexican ?IDE? tax on cash deposits).
Full payment of the award price (purchase) should be make no later than the third business day after the auction (July 21st).
REFUNDS
No refunds or adjustments will be made once an item has been removed from the auction site. All refunds and adjustments are solely at the discretion of the auction company.

Para los postores internacionales que van a participar en l?nea ser? requerido un dep?sito del 25% anticipado a su compra.
Myron Bowling Auctioneers pone todo su esfuerzo en describir con precisi?n cada art?culo de la subasta, sin embargo, es posible que un error pueda ocurrir. Esto es especialmente importante saberlo si usted planea hacer una oferta por medio de un apoderado o si usted planea hacer una oferta a trav?s del Internet (en caso de disponibilidad).
Le solicitamos que por favor realice una inspecci?n antes de pujar. Recuerde que todo se vender? "TAL COMO EST?, DONDE EST?" sin ning?n tipo advertencia o garant?a, ya sea escrita o impl?cita.
En ocasiones, la informaci?n adicional con respecto a cualquiera o a todos los art?culos que se vendan en la subasta puede salir a la luz durante la misma, esta informaci?n tiene prioridad.
PAGOS E IMPUESTOS
EL SUBASTADOR acepta las siguientes formas de pago: transferencia bancaria, dep?sitos en cheque, cheque de caja, cheque certificado, dep?sitos directos en la ventanilla del banco, tarjetas de d?bito y cr?dito VISA y MASTERCARD, excepto American Express.
Importante:
En el caso de los dep?sitos en efectivo en la ventanilla del banco, un impuesto del 3% del importe total del dep?sito se le cobrar? al comprador (de acuerdo al impuesto Mexicano "IDE" sobre los dep?sitos en efectivo).
El pago completo del precio de adjudicaci?n (compra) se debe realizar a m?s tardar al tercer d?a h?bil despu?s de la subasta (viernes 21 de julio).
REEMBOLSOS
No se realizaran devoluciones o ajustes una vez que un art?culo ha sido removido del sitio de la subasta. Todos los reembolsos y ajustes son ?nicamente a discreci?n de la empresa de subastas.
