TERMS & CONDITIONS

To participate, buyers must secure a deposit before the
event in the
amount of $4,000.00 USD (four thousand dollars).
All deposits must be made at least 24 hrs. before
the event and on the event day.
Or a deposit of 25% of your anticipated purchase is required
to bid online for bidders.

Myron Bowling Auctioneers makes every attempt to accurately
describe each item in the auction; however, it is possible
that a mistake may occur. This is especially important to
know if you plan on placing a Proxy Bid or if you plan to
bid over the Internet (when available).
Please inspect before you bid. Remember, everything will be
sold AS IS, WHERE IS with absolutely no warranty or
guarantee of any kind either written or implied.
Occasionally, additional information regarding any and all
items being sold may come to light during the auction and
take precedence.
PAYMENT & TAXES
THE AUCTIONEER accepts the following payment methods: wire
transfer, deposits by check, cashier\\\'s check, certified
check, direct deposits at the bank window, VISA and
MASTERCARD debit and credit card, except American Express
Important:
In case of cash deposits at the bank window, a 3% tax of the
total amount of the deposit will be charged to the buyer
(according to the Mexican IDE tax on cash deposits).
Full payment of the award price (purchase) should be make no
later than the third business day after the auction (July
21st).
REFUNDS
No refunds or adjustments will be made once an item has been
removed from the auction site. All refunds and adjustments
are solely at the discretion of the auction company.

antes de que el evento en la cantidad de $ 4,000.00 USD
(cuatro mil dólares)Para los postores internacionales que
van a participar en linea o un deposito del 25% anticipado a

compra.
Myron Bowling Auctioneers pone todo su esfuerzo en describir
con precision cada articulo de la subasta, sin embargo, es
posible que un error pueda ocurrir. Esto es especialmente
importante saberlo si usted planea hacer una oferta por
medio de un apoderado o si usted planea hacer una oferta a
traves del Internet (en caso de disponibilidad).
Le solicitamos que por favor realice una inspeccion antes de
pujar. Recuerde que todo se vendera \\\"TAL COMO ESTA, DONDE
ESTA\\\" sin ningun tipo advertencia o garantia, ya sea
escrita
o implicita.
En ocasiones, la informacion adicional con respecto a
cualquiera o a todos los art?culos que se vendan en la
subasta puede salir a la luz durante la misma, esta
informacion tiene prioridad.
PAGOS E IMPUESTOS
EL SUBASTADOR acepta las siguientes formas de pago:
transferencia bancaria, depositos en cheque, cheque de caja,
cheque certificado, depositos directos en la ventanilla del
banco, tarjetas de debito y credito VISA y MASTERCARD,
excepto American Express.
Importante:
En el caso de los depositos en efectivo en la ventanilla del
banco, un impuesto del 3% del importe total del deposito se
le cobrara al comprador (de acuerdo al impuesto Mexicano
\\\"IDE\\\" sobre los depositos en efectivo).
El pago completo del precio de adjudicacion (compra) se debe
realizar a m?s tardar al tercer dia habil despues de la
subasta (viernes 21 de julio).
REEMBOLSOS
No se realizaran devoluciones o ajustes una vez que un
articulo ha sido removido del sitio de la subasta. Todos los
reembolsos y ajustes son unicamente a discrecion de la
empresa de subastas.
