Terms and Conditions

PAYMENT TERMS: All purchases MUST BE PAID THE DAY OF THE AUCTION. Cash or cashier’s check will be accepted. Company or personal checks must be accompanied by a letter of guarantee from your bank to Mulrooney Auction Company. Credit cards accepted (VISA/MC) No merchandise will be removed until complete settlement is made. A 12% / (14% if paying by credit card) handling fee will be added to all item(s)/lot purchased under $5001. 2% discount for cash. Internet buyers will pay an additional 2% with a $500.00 cap per item(s)/lot purchased.
SALES TAX: Local state tax will be charged on every item sold. If you are tax exempt “you must” bring a copy of your tax exemption permit or resale number or you will be charged sales tax.
