All items sell "AS IS, WHERE IS" with no warranty. There shall be no guarantees or warranties expressed or implied, statutory or otherwise as to the merchantability or fitness for any particular purchase of goods offered in this sale.
International bidders will need to pay a deposit of 1000.00 charged to their credit card to be approved to bid on our auction. Call Donna at 616-560-0927 or Deb at 616-437-3166. Your deposit will be refunded if you are not the high bidder.
Buyers Premium for this Auction is 16% for any payment. Complete payment is required auction day by cash, company check, cashier's check, credit card, or wire transfer. Credit card payments will not be taken over $2,000.00. Checks will be taken at the discretion of the auction company. All out of Out of state checks or checks over $2,000.00 must have a bank letter of guarantee (see guarantee form below). All out of Country buyers MUST pay via Wire Transfer. For wire instructions, please call Deb Boverhof at Miedema Auctioneering.(616) 261-4979. All sales are subject to Sales Tax. Purchasers claiming exemptions from taxes must provide proof satisfactory to the Auctioneer of their entitlement to claim such exemptions.
