All items sell "AS IS, WHERE IS" with no warranty. There shall be no guarantees or warranties expressed on implied, statutory or otherwise as to the merchantability or fitness for any particular purchase of goods offered in this sale. Complete payment is required auction day by cash, personal check, cashier's check, credit card, or wire transfer. Credit card payments will not be taken over $2,000. Checks will be taken at the discretion of the auction company. Out of state checks must have a bank letter of guarantee (see guarantee form below).
