TERMS OF SALE:  By registering to bid on this auction, you agree to be bound by and liable for any breaches of the Terms and Conditions set forth below.

• Final Bids:  Each bidder agrees that once submitted, a bid shall be binding on the bidder.  No bid may be retracted by any party.
• Manufacturing Solutions Auctions reserves the right to refuse or cancel buyer's bids.
• Manufacturing Solutions Auctions reserves the right to resell winning bid items if payment is not received within the allotted time as specified in Terms and Conditions.

 TERMS AND CONDITIONS:

Buyer Premium:  13% will be charged on all purchases

Billing:  An electronic invoice will be sent to the successful bidder at the email address provided during registration, typically within 24 hours.  ALL Invoices must be paid within 24 Hours after receipt of invoice.

Payment:  Wire transfer or Credit Cards accepted only.

• Credit Card Payment Limit is $5,000.  Only US based Credit Cards will be accepted.   * Credit Card Convenience Fee is 3% *
•  No machinery will be released until invoice is paid in full.
•  County of Orange Sales Tax of 7.5% will be added to all invoices.  If you are a reseller or tax exempt, we must have your VALID resell certificate on file BEFORE we invoice
•  INTERNATIONAL BIDDERS: Bidders residing outside of the United States are required to submit via wire transfer.

Refunds:  ALL SALES ARE FINAL. NO REFUNDS.  All merchandise is sold "AS IS, WHERE IS". No warranties or guarantees.

Rigging & Removal:  Rigging, Trucking and any International Duty Fees are the sole responsibility of the Purchaser. 

• Purchaser must only use Riggers with VALID liability insurance.
• Purchaser must remove all merchandise by the REMOVAL DATE.
• Any items not removed by REMOVAL DATE shall be deemed abandoned and Manufacturing Solutions Auctions shall have no further obligation to the buyer.
• As a courtesy only by Manufacturing Solutions Auctions, we may provide contact information with regards to Rigging and Trucking Companies.  Manufacturing Solutions Auctions is not responsible or liable for the action by any service provider.

Damages:  Manufacturing Solutions Auctions shall not be responsible for any damages, loss or theft of purchased assets, except in the case of willful conduct by Manufacturing Solutions Auctions.  We will not be responsible for any damages or losses arising or accruing due to strikes, civil disorders or Act of God.

Safety Devices:  Articles purchased may not incorporate approved activating mechanisms, operating safety devices or safety guards as required by OSHA or otherwise.  It is the Purchaser’s responsibility that articles purchased be so equipped and safeguarded to meet OSHA and any other requirements before placing such articles in operation.
