All potential bidding participants are required to register prior to becoming an Approved Bidder. Participants are required to give full name, street address (no PO Boxes); phone numbers, email address.  Approval to bid is based on the completeness of the information submitted and at the discretion of the Auction Company.

Credit Card Convenience Fee:  3%

Sales Tax:  If buyer resides in the State of California, all State and Local Sales Tax will be collected.

Payment Options:  Wire Transfer, Credit/Debit Card, Money Order.  All invoices must be paid in full within 24 hours after completion of the Auction. NO MERCHANDISE WILL BE RELEASED UNTIL INVOICE IS PAID IN FULL.

Terms:  ALL SALES ARE FINAL. All merchandise is sold "AS IS, WHERE IS". No warranties or guarantees.

Machinery Removal Dates:  May 16 and 17, 2017 ONLY

Removal:   We have contracted Southern Industrial Constructors to handle the load out of all machinery.  No outside rigging companies will be permitted on the premises.  Removal prices for each machine can be found in the descriptions area in the Auction catalog.  You must present your paid invoice in order for your machinery to be released.

Trucking:  All transportation charges are the responsibility of the buyer.
