Brand : SIMIMPIANTI

Model : FTF-NV1.1700

Year of Mfg.: 1993

Condition : Excellent - Under Power - Partially refurbished in 2016

Elect./Voltage : 600V

SIMIMPIANTI – Veneer Panel Production Line.

• Line composed of in-line Scissor Lift, Top/Bottom OSAMA Glue Spreader, Disc roll conveyor, Smooth top belt Lay-up conveyor, and SIMI Heavy Duty oil heated Veneer Press.

• SIMIMPIANTI THRU-FEED Press: 63″x 138″ approx. capacity heavy duty platen press. Top & bottom solid steel platens, approx 2″ thick. Uniform heat gradient across entire platen surfaces is achieved by gun-drilled holes in a serpentine cross-flow pattern & filled with heat transfer oil. Hot oil flows thru platens by recirculating thermal-oil pump. With a stack (4) oil, vertically mounted manifolds, housing the electric ‘Calrod’ cartidge (approx 20 KW ea) heat elements, when the return oil is recirculated to maintain the heat content in the heat transfer oil.

• PRESS CAPACITY: Platen pressure achieved by a two stage hydraulic pump supplying (6) down-stroke hydraulic cylinders approx. 200 mm dia. Press develops about 560 tonnes hydraulic pressure. which results about 12.5 kg/cm2 or 180 PSI of unit pressure based on 80% platen coverage. • Thru-Feed: Panels are automatically transfered from belt conveyor to powered high temperature belt into the bottom bed of press platens which automatically closes heated Top/Bottom platens. After an adjustable duration (electronic timer) press closed the platens for each heating cycle. Platens heat up to about 220 6C Chain and sprocket drive automatically moves panels to outfeed area of press. Remote mounted electric panel houses the thermostat, and other pressure gages.. Large floor standing control panel houses all remaining component, selector switches and pushbuttons.

• Heavy Duty 4’x 8′ hydraulic Scissor Lift installed in a pit for ease of loading and feeding the glue spreader which follows. In the lowered position scissor platform is at floor level.

• OSAMA ‘S4R’ Glue Spreader, (4) Rollers Top & Bottom opposed with top elevator, approx 63″ working width capacity, approx. 4″ max opening by manual hand-wheel, approx 7.25″ dia. grooved spreading rollers. Glue film thickness set by micro-control of 8′”dia. approx, very hard rubber doctor rollers. 30 – 90 FPM Variable feed speed and with bronze end seals and water tight bearings. • Water Table: Metal Thin Disc conveyor allows minimal contact with glue on panels as and to flow smoothly & transfer to the lay-up conveyor.

• ROLLMASTER Lay up powered conveyor system, approx 63″ width made of smooth top rubber. Remote operator controlled start/stop/jog station contols gearmotor drive allowing operator to accurately lay up veneer on top and bottom of substrate. Separate operator control Panel is positioned at press infeed.
