All items will require and appointment for removal.
Due to the nature of this facility, one rigging company will be contracted to oversee all removal aspects of this plant. The rigging company will provide a price guideline prior to auction estimating removal costs for each piece of equipment. In addition to paying for the equipment, buyers will also pay for removal costs, which will include the item being removed from the facility and loaded onto a truck/trailer. The rigging company will provide a forklift and removal assistance for all small items based on an hourly fee. Small items are those not attached to the real property.
Buyers will have 7 days to remove all their small purchases; after this date, all remaining items are subject to forfeiture. Buyers of larger items will be required to contract for removal within 7 days of the auction. Removal deadlines will vary by lot. Companies may petition for a rigging exception; these requests will be evaluated on a case by case basis.

13% Buyer Premium. All funds due and payable on day of sale via cash, wire transfer (posting within 24 hours) or certified check. No equipment can be removed from the site without full payment.
All persons attending the exhibition, sale, or removal of merchandise assume all risks of damage to person or property and specifically release and indemnify Maas Companies Inc and/or Seller, from any liability.
All property is sold "AS IS", and ALL SALES ARE FINAL. Selling Subject to Seller Confirmation and Subject to Prior Sale. Property is open to thorough public inspection. It is the Bidder's responsibility to determine condition, age, genuineness, value or any other determinative factor. Maas Companies Inc and/or Seller may attempt to describe the merchandise in advertising, on the internet and at the auction but makes no representations. In no event shall Maas Companies Inc and/or Seller, be held responsible for having made or implied any warranty of merchantability or fitness for a particular purpose. Bidder shall be the sole judge of value.
Bidders who bid from off site and are not present at the preview understand and acknowledge that they may not be able to inspect an item as well as if they examined it in person. It is the Bidder's responsibility to determine condition, age, genuineness, value or any other determinative factor. Maas Companies Inc and/or Seller shall endeavor to describe in detail each item and any pertinent information about it. Maas Companies Inc and/or Seller will not be responsible for any errors or omissions in the description of the merchandise. ACCURACY OF DESCRIPTION NOT GUARANTEED, ALL ITEMS SOLD AS-IS WHERE IS WITH NO WARRANTIES OR GUARANTEES, EXPRESSED OR IMPLIED. Bidder agrees that everything is sold as is and that they may not return any item they purchase for any reason.
Maas Companies Inc and/or Seller, is providing internet pre-auction and live bidding as a service to Bidder. Bidder acknowledges and understands that this service may or may not function correctly the day of the auction. Under no circumstances shall Bidder have any kind of claim against Maas Companies Inc and/or Seller, or anyone else if the internet service fails to work correctly before or during the live auction. Maas Companies Inc and/or Seller will not be responsible for any missed bids from any source. Internet bidders who desire to make certain their bid is acknowledged should use the proxy-bidding feature and leave their maximum bid 24 hours before the auction begins. Maas Companies Inc and/or Seller reserve the right to withdraw or re-catalog items in this auction.
The auctioneer shall advance the bidding at his own discretion. Maas Companies Inc and/or Seller may withdraw any item before or during the auction. Should a tie or a dispute arise between two bidders, the auctioneer may, at his discretion, reopen the bidding until the property is sold. The record of the auction made by Maas Companies Inc and/or Seller shall be conclusive.
All Internet Bidders agree to pay a buyer's premium equal to Thirteen Percent (13%) of the hammer price of each item they purchase.
Payments are to be made with cash, wire transfer, or certified check. Internet bidders must make complete payment, no later than Friday, October 14th at 5:00 pm.
Maas Companies Inc and/or Seller may refuse a buyer's number to anyone for any reason. Bidder agrees to provide any identification Maas Companies Inc and/or Seller may request including but not limited to: driver's license, photocopies of credit cards, Social Security card or Passport. Bidder agrees to comply with any stated additional terms or conditions associated with particular items.
