-ALL EQUIPMENT – is SOLD AS IS WHERE IS. WITH NO WARRANTIES EXPRESS OR IMPLIED -The winning Bidder has (2) business days from end of auction to fund on any equipment purchased, if this not met Leverton Auction Services WILL MOVE ON to second bidder. -We reserve the right to add or delete items prior to sale time. Please se any specific questions to our email address or call us for more information. -All Equipment is sold AS IS WHERE IS No warranty is expressed or implied. We encourage all bidders to inspect the equipment prior to bidding. If you choose to not do so you are accepting the equipment in AS IS CONDITION with all FAULTS. -Sales tax is included on ALL SALES. Please contact Leverton Auction Services if you are, FARM, AG, DEALER or out of state with applicable proof of exemption, to have tax removed from your invoice. - -Leverton Auction Services mails ALL titles within 10-14 days of funds received. ALL Equipment must be picked up before title can be mailed out. We will be happy to send copies upon request.
