Equipped with 24" diameter integral unwind with 80mm diameter air shaft for rolls up to 4,000 lbs, Montalvo disc brake, pneumatic clamps, roll outs for loading & unloading, skewing; automatic tension control with load cells; shifting carriage with lead out idler roll; electric eye edge guide; 8" diameter vacuum roll with lead in/lead out idler rolls (lead out roll has skewing); straight thru tangential rotary shear slitting; Polymag Tek top & bottom cleaning rolls with PS tape cleaning rolls; trim winders left & right side with adjustable center trim winder; transducer tension rolls for each rewind position; 15" diameter duplex rewinds capable of center wind for minimum gap or contact rewind; each rewind with 5.5" diameter chrome plated rider roll, 80mm diameter air expanding rewind shafts, air cylinder at each end of rider roll to control down pressure via an encoder to control pressure and rider roll position; web clamp on each rider roll; ability to run different roll diameter on top verses bottom rewind shaft; roll pusher at each rewind position to push rolls onto roll unloading stand; ability to control raise/lower position of each roll position on roll unloading device; scrap rewind in front of top rewind position with 3" air shaft with safety chucks; E-stop cords and pushbuttons front & rear; operator control station with HMI; foot pedal jog front & rear; Yaskawa AC drives; Allen-Bradley SLC5/03 PLC.
