Custom Laboratory Coater - 18" web width (17" coating width), 30" diameter single position primary unwind with safety chucks and 3" leaf shaft (no brake), Mayer rod coating head with air motor rod drive and driven coating roll, 3-roll "L" style coating head with rubber covered roll and two steel coating rolls and 2-motor drive, 16' arch impingement dryer with 3 gas-fired zones and intake and exhaust fans, 30" diameter single position secondary unwind (no brake & shaft), laminator with 6" diameter steel roll and 6" diameter rubber-covered nip roll, 20" diameter single position rewind with clutch and safety chucks and 3" leaf-type air shaft and rider roll, bowed roll, dryer control cabinet and drive control cabinet with Toshiba drives, Speed 300 FPM. All payments must be made by (1) wire transfer, (2) bank, cashier's or certified check, (3) company check with bank letter of guarantee. Wire transfer information will be sent with bill of sale. Credit cards will be accepted up to $5,000.00. Equipment may be removed following payment in full. Buyer will be responsible for loading and shipping costs.
