WEBCAST TERMS: Webcast bidders must provide a 25% deposit up front with the auctioneers office by Tuesday, December 1, 2015 at 12 NOON in order to be approved to bid. A discounted 18% BP for buyers paying via Cash, Cashier’s Check, Company Check or Wire Transfer will apply to your purchase or 21% BP for any buyers paying via Credit Card. (Example: a $100 purchase paying by cash instrument the total with BP is $118 and a $100 purchase paying via credit card the total with BP is $121). Other terms at sale.
PLEASE NOTE: MANDATORY RIG/LOAD FEES APPLY TO CERTAIN LOT NUMBERS. THESE FEES ARE POSTED IN THE DESCRIPTION OF EACH APPLICABLE LOT. PLEASE BE SURE TO READ THE COMPLETE DESCRIPTIONS AGAINST EACH ITEM.
PAYMENT/REMOVAL TERMS: All purchases must be paid for in full by Friday, December 4th at 2 p.m. Removal is Thursday, December 3rd & Friday, December 4th, 8:30 a.m. to 4:00 p.m. and Monday, December 7th thru Wednesday, December 9th, 8:30 a.m. to 4:00 p.m. All items must be removed from the premises by Wednesday, December 9th at 4:00 p.m.
