$300 Deposit Required (Refundable), you must maintain a 25% deposit at all times. Everything is sold by the piece unless otherwise stated. No One (1) under the age of 18 will be allowed to attend. If you receive a cell call please step away in order not to disturb others. This Auction is being recorded. All invoices must be paid by the close of business May 28, 2015, 5:00pm. There is NO CHECK OUT until the Auction is over. Preferred method of Payment is CASH, however, Cashiers Check or wire bank transfer are accepted. Please make payable to H. Bendix Auctioneers.
