All sales are final. All lots are sold on an ?as is, where
is? basis, without warranties, expressed or implied or
guarantee of suitability for application basis.

15% Buyer?s Premium applies to all sales plus applicable
taxes.

Payment in full one day after sale unless prior arrangement.

Payment by cash, debit, Visa, Mastercard, bank draft & wire
transfer.

Please note credit cards to a maximum of $5,000

No removal until full payment has been received.
All items removed from site by Monday, Dec. 17th 5pm - or by prior arrangement.

The wood inventory will not be available for bid online.

Auction will spit into 2 rings at lot 258, the second ring will start at lot 400.

All major electrical disconnects will be done
prior to removal by our licensed electrician. The associated cost will be the responsibility of the purchaser. Please contact us with any questions.

Purchasers claiming exemptions from taxes shall provide
proof of their entitlement to claim such exemptions. In the
absence of proof, all taxes must be paid
