- A $1,000 deposit is required from all bidders prior to the auction.

- Sale will be conducted in U.S. dollars.
- Assets temporarily imported into Mexico under the Maquiladora program. Assets sold to buyers located in Mexico will be nationalized by Otis.
- Assets sold to buyers located in Mexico will be subject to 16% VAT.
- An 18% buyer`s premium will be charged on all assets.
- All payments must be made by cash, cashier`s check or wire transfer.
- Goods will not be released until payment in full is received and bank wires have cleared.
- All potential riggers or anyone operating machinery (fork lifts, etc.) must provide Hilco Industrial, LLC with an insurance certificate meeting specified insurance requirements for each auction.
