Pick up available on large items. Preview day Friday before auction 11/2/18 Payment: Cash, Check, all major credit cards. 10% buyers premium. Plus Maryland sales tax. Tiny House- 2016 tiny house built on a new trailer 20ft long 13 ft tall on tall side. Gas instant water heater . Cedar siding, heat /cooling unit, full-size shower, washer/dryer, Compose toilet, Like new inside and out!!!! Tractors: 1) John Deere 40W all fuel VERY RARE 1 of 60 produced. Motor completely rebuilt. Good tires. Sheet metal very straight. Runs GREAT!!! 2) John Deere 630 wide front in three point hitch. Very low serial number. Number 57 built. 3) John Deere 70 gas. Barn find motor is stuck. Everything is there. Great tractor to restore or make a puller out of it. 4) Farmall 560 gas factory ta delete fast hitch power adjust wheels 15.5 -38 tires one set of wheel weights5) Farmall super MTA. Very hard tractor to find 7) John Deere 830 3 cylinder diesel with loader bucket three point hitch. Runs great. 8) Case vac front weights runs good implements: 3pt hitch Massey Ferguson disc, three point blade, Antiques: anvils, lots of vintages signs, western MD milk can, Cast iron bell with holder, Tools : snap on air compressor, tire changer

Auction Catalog is a guide-only. Hayes Auction Service, LLC reserves the right to group lots, reduce or add quantity to lots, add lots, or delete lots.
Announcements made the day of the sale take precedence over written or advertised announcements, but do not alter, in any way, the terms and conditions of the sale.
For online bidders, a 10% Buyer’s Premium will be applied to all purchases.
All purchases must be paid in full the day of sale. After an item has been sold, it becomes the sole responsibility of the purchaser. Purchases will not be released until invoice is paid in full. All items must be removed by date specified for specific auction.
Acceptable forms of payment include Cash, Wire Transfer, Cashier’s Check, Visa or MasterCard (with additional 3% surcharge applied), personal or company check (ONLY IF accompanied by a Bank Letter of Guarantee).
