Includes (26) tanks all 36' long x 8' deep and varying widths, (1) Northwoods Industrial dry-off tank featuring dimensions 36' long x 3 1/2' wide x 8' deep, heater box on one end with exhaust fan, 4" insulated panel construction - aluminized steel, Insulated floor with stainless drip pan, 15,000 CFM, 15 HP Blower, 2,500,000 BTUH Burner, Maintain 200F temperature, Ductwork in both side walls blowing directly through work load area, Control panel mounted on side wall, Exhaust stack to atmosphere, Stainless tank rim covers, (5) Immersion tube natural gas burner systems and controls, (5) Automatic rinse tank controls, (3) Complete cathode systems provided for the clear Anodize tanks, (2) Complete stainless electrode systems provided for the Electrocolor tanks, Air Agitation Spargers provided for all tanks, (1) Hoffman centrifugal blower, which will provide oil-free air for solution agitation, Rectifiers, AC Universal Coloring Power Supply, Refrigeration system, (1) Eco-Tec acid purification unit (#100-007) for removing aluminum from the anodize tank solution, (1) "U.S. Filter" dual column demineralizer with automatic control, skid mounted with sulfuric acid and caustic day tanks floor mounted, (1) DI Water Storage Tank 12,000 gallon capacity filament wound fiberglass storage tank with dished top, flat bottom, 12' diameter by 192" high, tank is complete with 20" manway, 6" mushroom vent and (2) conically gusseted flanged outlets (2"), (1) DI Water Pump, 100 gpm pump constructed of stainless steel. This asset was disassembled and stored for internal redeployment but has recently become available for sale. Buyer will need to contract an Alcoa approved rigging company for removal or go through Alcoa's process to become an approved vendor. CAD drawings available upon request.
