The patented High Velocity Electromagnetic technology uses speed rather than pressure to get the job done. It combines the performance of a precision die set with ram velocity up to 750 times faster than many conventional presses. The High Velocity Press fires through material so quickly that the material nearly bypasses the plastic deformation and elastic phases and moves almost immediately to the fracture phase. Finished parts have clean, burr-free edges and secondary operations, like deburring, are eliminated. The Press System has only one moving part. There are no belts, brakes, clutches or flywheels. No hydraulics and no pneumatics - it is virtually maintenance free!
High Velocity technology is responsible for longer tool life in the Press as well. Conventional ram and punch pressure cause the workpiece to bend, become heated and deformed. The enlarged material binds against the punch resulting in a galling effect on the edges of the punch as it pulls back out of the material, causing tool wear. Because High Velocity minimizes the bending and the subsequent heat that would be generated, almost no material swelling takes place. The result is less galling and less heat transfer to the punches, providing more hits before sharpening is required.

and interest in and to the following item(s) of equipment
(the Equipment). Global Machine Brokers, LLC shall act
as commissioned broker representing both above named
parties.
THE EQUIPMENT IS BEING CONVEYED TO BUYER WITHOUT
REPRESENTATION OR WARRANTY BY SELLER AS TO CONDITION,
QUALITY, MERCHANTABILITY OR FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR
PURPOSE, AND BUYER HEREBY PURCHASES THE EQUIPMENT ON AS
IS WHERE IS BASIS AND ACKNOWLEDGES RECEIPT OF SAME ON
SUCH BASIS. It is the responsibility of the buyer to comply
with all current OSHA and ANSI regulations and standards in
reference to point of operation guarding. The buyer hereby
releases seller from any liability arising with respect to
personal injury as a result of operating the equipment.
Note: The Seller and Global Machine Brokers, LLC are acting
as the seller or brokers and are to be held harmless in the
event of any claims.
Buyer hereby represents to Seller that it is
purchasing the Equipment for its own use in its business
operations within the territory of the United States of
America or Canada and does not intend to resell the
Equipment to another third party or to export such Equipment
out of the territory of the United States of America or
Canada in violation of any applicable law or regulation (of
the United States of America or otherwise) or of any
international law, regulation, treaty or trade agreement,
and that Buyer intends to comply with all
applicable laws and regulations of the United States of
America with respect to its use of such Equipment.
Buyer assumes all responsibility for determining the
applicability of any restrictions imposed by the rules or
regulations of the United States Department of Commerce or
the State Department or any other governmental authority
with jurisdiction over such matters on the use of the
Equipment and/or any limitations on

the United States of America or Canada.
Buyer (at its expense) will be required to make
arrangements satisfactory to Buyer to obtain possession of
the Equipment and to remove such Equipment from

Such services may be contracted by Buyer with Global
Machine Brokers, LLC. In the event that Global
Machine Brokers is contracted to arrange for the
transportation, installation or storage of such Equipment,
Global Machine Brokers will arrange for insurance on behalf
of the Buyer and Buyer will pay premiums associated with
said insurance. Insurance will be for causes of loss
customarily found in such insurance policies and valued at
the purchase price of such equipment.

solely responsible for paying all applicable sales (or use)
tax in connection with its purchase of the Equipment from
Seller and hereby agrees to indemnify Seller for any
liability or expense incurred or suffered by Seller in

(the Equipment). Global Machine Brokers, LLC shall act
as commissioned broker representing both above named
parties.
THE EQUIPMENT IS BEING CONVEYED TO BUYER WITHOUT
REPRESENTATION OR WARRANTY BY SELLER AS TO CONDITION,
QUALITY, MERCHANTABILITY OR FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR
PURPOSE, AND BUYER HEREBY PURCHASES THE EQUIPMENT ON AS
IS WHERE IS BASIS AND ACKNOWLEDGES RECEIPT OF SAME ON
SUCH BASIS. It is the responsibility of the buyer to comply
with all current OSHA and ANSI regulations and standards in
reference to point of operation guarding. The buyer hereby
releases seller from any liability arising with respect to
personal injury as a result of operating the equipment.
Note: The Seller and Global Machine Brokers, LLC are acting
as the seller or brokers and are to be held harmless in the
event of any claims.
Buyer hereby represents to Seller that it is
purchasing the Equipment for its own use in its business
operations within the territory of the United States of
America or Canada and does not intend to resell the
Equipment to another third party or to export such Equipment
out of the territory of the United States of America or
Canada in violation of any applicable law or regulation (of
the United States of America or otherwise) or of any
international law, regulation, treaty or trade agreement,
and that Buyer intends to comply with all
applicable laws and regulations of the United States of
America with respect to its use of such Equipment.
Buyer assumes all responsibility for determining the
applicability of any restrictions imposed by the rules or
regulations of the United States Department of Commerce or
the State Department or any other governmental authority
with jurisdiction over such matters on the use of the
Equipment and/or any limitations on

Buyer (at its expense) will be required to make
arrangements satisfactory to Buyer to obtain possession of
the Equipment and to remove such Equipment from

Such services may be contracted by Buyer with Global
Machine Brokers, LLC. In the event that Global
Machine Brokers is contracted to arrange for the
transportation, installation or storage of such Equipment,
Global Machine Brokers will arrange for insurance on behalf
of the Buyer and Buyer will pay premiums associated with
said insurance. Insurance will be for causes of loss
customarily found in such insurance policies and valued at
the purchase price of such equipment.
