Restaurant Auctions Terms
Payment:
All payments are due in full on May 5th, 2020. All payment must be made online, EFT, wire transfer or via credit card authorization form. No in person payment will be accepted at this auction.
Viewings and Inspections:
Unfortunately due to the Covid-19 pandemic viewing will not be available for this auction. Should you have further questions regarding specific lots please email info@gdauctions.com and our team of restaurant equipment specialists will do their best to accommodate requests with additional photos, emails, videos or other methods of communication.
Check-out and Shipping:
All removal of auction lots will be completed by appointment only. An appointment can be made once payment is received in full. To make an appointment please email info@gdauctions.com Loadout appointments are going to be available from May 4th - 8th, 2020. Specific lots may have load out restrictions or deadlines, please read all lot notes and descriptions for any specific load out terms.
All lots will be loaded out with “carry out” and “curb side” pick up assistance with “first pay, first say” service on appointments. This means that all lots will be brought to the door/dock for buyers by a GDAA representative. It will be the responsibility of the buyer to provide proper transportation of all goods as well as properly securing all goods before leaving the premises.
No one from the public will be permitted entry into the auction building during the check-out process. There will be a designated shipping zones, marked by tape, that customers can enter to load any lots on to their vehicle once the items have been brought to the door by a GDAA representative. We ask that all physical distancing measures are recognized and that 6 feet is maintained between our employees and the customer. GDAA representatives will be recognizing additional safety and sanitary measures during the packing and loadout process to ensure proper material handling is practiced during this time.

Due to uncontrollable circumstances stemming from the Covid-19 pandemic, GD Auctions and Appraisals regretfully has to indefinitely postpone the Commercial Restaurant Equipment and Supply Auction. We apologize for any inconvenience this may cause. As of today the postponement does not have an expiration date but we will continue to have the items up on our webpage available for viewing and bidding with a closing date of April 30th, 2020. Please be advised that this date is tentative and subject to change as new information is released from health and government officials.
