TERMS & CONDITIONS For On-Line Bidders

Subject to additions and deletions prior to the sale and at the time of the auction. Any person participating in the auction shall be bound by the following terms and conditions:

1) Auction to be conducted in English & in Canadian Dollars (CAD).

2) All goods being shipped out of Canada or purchased by Non-Canadian buyers are not charged taxes. Canadian Buyers 13% HST will be charged on all sales.

3) Bidder must provide a valid credit card number to register. If the bidder does not have a valid credit card, a wire transfer of $250 (CAD) may be made. Wire transfers will take a few business days to process, so register in advance. GAP Auctioneers reserves the right to accept or reject Bidder's registrations, and those with incomplete information and invalid credit card information. To avoid delays in the registration approval process, please double check all information including credit card info, expiry dates, and name of card holder.

4) A 13% buyer?s premium will apply on all purchases made by internet bidding.

5) GAP AUCTIONEERS RESERVES ITS RIGHTS TO ACCEPT THE FOLLOWING TERMS OF PAYMENT:
Cash or bank wire transfer (information supplied herein). All credit cards i.e.: VISA , MASTERCARD, etc. to be paid through our PAYPAL account. 3% surcharge shall be applied to all CREDIT CARD purchases (transactions). Payment is due in full on the day following the sale(?NO EXCEPTIONS?).


6) Each successful online bidder will receive confirmation at the beginning of the next business day either by phone or by e-mail. An invoice will be submitted to all winning bidders by email so very important that you include your correct email address at registration. All purchases must be paid in full within 24 hours of the sale or on TBD, and prior to the removal of any item(s).

7) All articles purchased shall be removed no later than TBD. PURCHASER IS RESPONSIBLE FOR ALL REMOVAL, SHIPPING RELATED COSTS. HANDLING CHARGES WILL APPLY TO ITEMS THAT NEED TO BE SKIDDED, PALLETIZED, OR CRATED FOR SHIPMENT; auction house will quote charges before and/or after the sale?email (gapauctions@gmail.com) for quote. Oversized items will need a flatbed truck to transport. Additional charges may apply to load in box truck or overseas container for oversized items. Small items purchased may be shipped by courier of choice subject to buyer supplying their prepaid shipment account numbers or as per buyer?s own arrangements with no related costs to Auctioneer. Payment must be made before shipping.

8) Subject to amendments and modifications announced by the Auctioneer at the time of the auction.

9) All items sold "AS IS, WHERE IS", with no warranties expressed or implied as to the accuracy of the information. All lengths related to conveyor systems are estimates as we have done our best to measure and check to the best of our ability.

10) Auctioneer has the final right of refusal or acceptance of the bid offer upon closing of bids, and to resolve any disputes or discrepancies at its discretion. Auctioneers' decision shall be final.
