ALL SALES ARE FINAL. All invoices must be paid withtin 2 houurs of conclusion of auction. A 13% Buyers Premium will be added to all invoices to determine final sale price. Butler County Sales Tax of 6.50% will be applied unless valid Vendors Number presented when registering.
Payment can be made by Cash, Certified Check, Wire Transfer, Visa, MC or Discover Card. NO EQUIPMENT CAN BE REMOVED UNLESS PAYMENT IN FULL IS RECEIVED. BIDDER ACKNOWLEDGES AND AGREES NOT TO RETRACT ANY PREVIOUSLY SUBMITTED PURCHASE OFFER. BIDDER ACKNOWLEDGES ALL RESPONSIBILITY FOR PACKING AND SHIPPING.
