auction. The Winning Bidder Has the Right to

time from Sept 10 - to Oct 5 Mon-Fri 7:30am- 3:00pm,
we are located Next to the Philadelphia Airport. Please call
us to setup inspection 610-960-4815.
Loading: Most machinery will be loaded for FREE on open
Trailer. We can Load into overseas containers, flat rack,
Shrink wrap, or build custom Skids for overseas shipping for
an additional fee, Please Call for a quote. Box truck
loading may be additional fees. Setup of Shipping is
required by the buyer. all items must be removed within 14
days of the close of the auction. We can store machinery for
longer but storages fees will apply.
Bidding Registration: Credit Card Required for Registration
A 13% Buyers Premium will be charged to all buyers after
bidding closes. All Accounts must be paid in full by wire
transfer, Certified Funds, Credit Card, PayPal or Cash. If
you use a credit card or PayPal there will be an additional
3% added to you bill, an invoice will follow at the
conclusion of the event.
Buyer is responsible to bring all machinery to O.S.H.A.
standards
Sales Tax, 6% sales tax will be charged to Each auction
winners Bill unless a PA Tax Exempt Form is provided upon
payment.
EQUIPMENT SAFETY for all items purchased from Equipseller:
It is buyers responsibility to provide proper safety devices
and equipment to safeguard persons from harm resulting from
any particular use, operation or set-up and to adequately
safeguard the equipment to
conform to all Federal, State and Local Government safety
standards and all industrial standards.
IDEMNIFICATION: Buyer agrees to indemnify and hold harmless
seller and salespersons from any and all claims or
liabilities caused by or arising from the
