Auction start at 11h00, inspection from 10h00 to 11h00

1) All participants must be registered by an Encans Baril Inc. representative. A 100$ deposit is required upon inscription. Cash only; the deposit is applicable/refundable.

2) Goods are sold “as is”, without any guarantee whatsoever. Participants must inspect the merchandise. Il est à noter que tous les effets seront vendus dans leur état actuel et tels que vus. De plus, il est stipulé expressément que Revenu Québec ne s’oblige à aucune garantie envers l’acheteur même pour les défauts cachés pouvant affecter les biens

3) Encans Baril Inc. reserves the right to refuse any offer and is under no obligation to award the goods.

4) A premium of 15% of the amount purchased will be charged to each buyer. The buyer must pay taxes: GST (5%) and QST (9.975%), on all purchases. There will no QST Charges on vehicles. SAAQ will charge the buyer for QST taxes.

5) The buyer is responsible for all goods which have been assigned to him. The buyer must take possession of all his goods at his own expenses, risks and responsibilities, within 48 hours following the auction. Goods will be delivered upon receipt of full payment.

6) The buyer is entirely responsible for dismantling, removal and transportation of his/her goods. Encans Baril Inc. is not responsible for any damages or accident (including injury or death) that can occur on the premises of the auction, while or after the auction. The buyer has the responsibility to ensure that personnel for dismantling, removal and transport of the goods are competent and adequately insured.

7) The buyer must make a minimum deposit of 25% of the amount purchased, either in cash or by certified check before leaving the premises. Visa Master Card are accepted.

8) The buyer has until 48 hours following the auction to pay off the balance of his invoice, in cash or by certified check. If an invoice is not paid within the specified delay, the sale is considered nullified without further notice or delay. The total deposit may be retained by Encans Baril Inc. in lieu of damages and interest without any limitation of rights and recourse.
