REMOVAL OF PURCHASES
Weekdays from Thursday, May 24 through Thursday May 31, 8AM-5PM.
The ONLY exceptions allowed will be items at the Port Aux Basques site that require rigging, which are: Lots 100, 101, 103, 175 and 176. 

These items MUST BE REMOVED by Thursday, June 7.

  • All bidding & invoicing will be in CANADIAN DOLLARS.

ALL CANADIAN BIDDERS will be required to pay 15% HST (federal sales tax) on their purchases.

INTERNATIONAL BUYERS (Buyers NOT from Canada) will be exempted from HST if, and ONLY IF THEY PRESENT AND LEAVE A VALID COPY OF THE BILL OF LADING AT THE AUCTION SITE.

NO GOODS PURCHASED BY INTERNATIONAL BUYERS CAN BE REMOVED WITHOUT THIS BILL OF LADING. If a copy of the Bill of Lading is unavailable FOR ANY REASON, the buyer must pay the HST prior to removal, and apply directly to the Canadian Tax Authority (Service Canada) for a tax rebate after the goods have been removed from Canada.

RIGGING: Rigging terms specific to this auction will be announced prior to the auction.

ALL SALES ARE FINAL, ON AS AS-IS WHERE-IS, “IN PLACE” “WITH ALL FAULTS” BASIS.
