PAYMENT / BUYER'S PREMIUM:  All Successful Bids are charged a 15% Buyer's Premium, added to the Bid amount (followed by sales tax, if applicable), resulting in the total invoice due.  All Invoices must be paid-in-full by 12:00 (PM) Noon CST on THURSDAY, November 15th, and before removing any item (NO Exceptions!) … by Cash / Credit Card (Visa, MasterCard, Discover or American Express) / Pre-Approved Company Check (No Personal Checks) or Wire Transfer ...  Payments OVER $2,500 payable ONLY by CASH, CERTIFIED FUNDS or WIRE TRANSFER (15% Buyer's Premium charged, regardless of payment type). 

NO SALES TAX:  No Sales Tax Charged ... TN allows for "occasional (casual) and isolated" sales ... this is a one-time sale of Used Automotive Equipment for the NISSAN Training Center (Owner) in FRANKLIN, TN, used in their everyday operation ... thus exempt from the collection of sales tax.

INVOICE:  You will receive an invoice via email from BidSpotter.com after conclusion of auction ... bring this invoice and your form of payment to the location site, to pay before removal ... OR if you prefer, send an email to ddaco@att.net - (immediately) after conclusion of auction requesting a link to pay online.  All Invoices must be paid-in-full by 12:00 (PM) Noon CST on THURSDAY, November 15th, and before removing any item (NO Exceptions!). 

** Lots Closing every 30 Seconds / Lot Extensions of 5 Minutes ** 

LOT EXTENSIONS:  Extended Bidding is in effect - The closing time of an item is automatically extended (reset) to five (5) minutes whenever a bid is placed within the five (5) minutes leading up to an item’s scheduled closing time … be prepared, this process may repeat itself several times!

PIECEMEAL BIDDING:  Piecemeal Bidding is in effect - READ for how many times (x) the money (Your Bid) each lot is selling, when indicated, for example: (1 x Bid, means All Selling for 1 Bid) or (10 x Your Bid, means Selling for 10 times Your Bid).

REMOVAL:  THURSDAY, November 15th, 9am - 4pm CST & FRIDAY, November 16th, 9am - 12noon CST (ONLY). *

* FORK LIFT / REMOVAL TIMES:  Fork Lift will be on-site for Removal (Both Days) to assist with loading (no charge)!  Removal times are firm ... Doors close promptly at stated times ... Allow yourself plenty of time for travel and removal of all purchases!

DISMANTLE FEE for ALL 2-POST LIFTS and ALIGNMENT LIFTS:  All 2-Post Lifts will be dismantled and loaded onto Buyer’s form of transportation for a fee of $200 Per Lift, each (this fee is mandatory on All 2-Post Lift Purchases, added to the total invoice due, NO exceptions) … ALSO, 4-Post Alignment Rack-Lifts will be dismantled and loaded onto Buyer’s form of transportation for a fee of $400 Per Lift, each (again, this fee is mandatory, added to the total invoice due, NO exceptions) ... WE DO NOT SHIP:  Packing, Palletizing and Shipping is the Buyer’s responsibility … a Fork Lift will be on-site for Removal (Both Days) to assist with loading (no charge)!  Using other powered equipment to remove items may require a certificate of insurance.

KEEP IN MIND:  You are only bidding on the Lot / Item(s) as described, not as it may appear in any photograph ... Bidders are strongly encouraged to attend the scheduled (2) Inspections: TUESDAY, November 13, 2018, 10am - 2pm CST & WEDNESDAY, November 14, 2018, 10am - 12noon CST - If you choose not to attend the scheduled inspection(s), please bid accordingly.  The Seller / Auctioneer reserves the right to change and/or withdraw from sale any items (lots) listed in catalog.
