PAYMENT: All Successful Bids are charged a 15% Buyer's Premium, followed by 6% Sales Tax (unless you submit a KY Sales Tax Resale Certificate - email to ddaco@att.net or fax 413-778-6310), resulting in the Total Invoice Amount.  All Invoices must be paid-in-full by 12:00pm (noon) on Thursday, Feb. 18th, and before removing any item … by Cash / Pre-Approved Company Check (No Personal Checks) / Wire Transfer / or Credit Card (Visa, MasterCard, Discover or American Express) for Invoices totaling $1,000.00 or less.  You will receive an invoice via email from Bidspotter.com after the conclusion of auction ... bring this invoice and your form of payment to the auction site, to pay before removal ... of if you prefer, send an email to ddaco@att.net immediately after the conclusion of auction requesting a link to pay online.

REMOVAL: Thursday and Friday, Feb. 18th & 19th, 8am to 4pm each day (only).  Packing, Palletizing, Shipping and/or Loading is the Buyer’s responsibility … use of powered equipment may require a certificate of insurance.

DISMANTLE FEE for ALL 2-POST LIFTS, 4-POST and ALIGNMENT LIFTS:  All 2-Post Lifts will be dismantled and loaded onto Buyer’s form of transportation for a fee of $200 Per Lift, each (this fee is mandatory on All 2-Post Lift Purchases, added to Invoice, no exceptions) … ALSO, the 4-Post and Alignment Lifts will be dismantled and loaded onto Buyer’s form of transportation for a fee of $350 Per Lift, each (again, this fee is mandatory, added to Invoice, no exceptions) ...

KEEP IN MIND:  Photos were taken before business closed … you are only bidding on the Lot / Item(s) as described ... Bidders are strongly encouraged to attend the scheduled Inspection.  All Bidders agree to indemnify and hold harmless the Auctioneer / Seller, and their agents / representatives, from and against all liability from participation in, purchase and/or removal of items at this auction.
