Sale Terms and Important Information

 Inspection of the equipment can be arranged with a phone call to Mike Gurkins @ 252-916-1005.  The owner of the farm ask that he be notified of all visits to the farm and he will make sure the building are unlocked for viewing.  The buyers are responsible for rigging and loading out of all items.  You will have to 60 days to remove the items from the farm.  

6.75% sales tax charged unless you have presented NC sales tax exemption 595E form. 

All items are sold on a "AS IS" basis. We have tried to give you the most correct information possible, but do not warranty anything other than clear title. We have taken pictures to show everything possible. Buyer is responsible for inspection of all items. Buyer is responsible for removal of all items.  A 5% buyers premium per item.      Buyer is responsible for all items when you buy them. 

These generators and equipment were placed on this farm to extract methane gas and sell to the utility company.  The equipment was never completely hooked up the generators have never been run.    

Country Boys Auction & Realty, Inc. is not responsible for interuptions in internet bidding if this occurs. This has not been an issue in the past with Bidspotter, but it can happen with all electronics.  

This sale is held for the United States Bankruptcy Court, Eastern District of North Carolina.  

Payment Methods:

Wiring instructions will be sent to successful bidders.  All wires must be completed by Wednesday November 9th, 2022 at 5 PM.  A 6.75% sales tax is charged on all purchases (except for titled vehicles) unless you have presented a proper NC sales 595E tax exemption form. Paid Bill of sales will be emailed upon wire transfer and you will have 60 days from sale date to pickup your items.
