Buyer is responsible for all shipping. If it can be loaded with a 5,000 lb. fork lift we will assiat at no charge to the buyer. Fork lift available January 19 until 4 pm, Thursday 8 till 4 pm and Friday the 21st from 8 till 2pm. If your items requires rigging you can remove your item thru January 28th by appointment.

Sales tax is 6.75% on all non titled items. Sales tax will not be charged on titled vehicles. Sales tax will be waived with a completed E-595E certificate of exemption. 5000 lb forklift available sale day, Thursday and Friday January 21st only. Items to large for forklift will need to be rigged by appointment by January 28th.

YOU MUST REGISTER BEFORE 9 AM EST ON SALE DAY!!!!! 5000 lb Forklift will be available sale day thru Friday January 21st at 2pm. All large items need to be rigged by appointment by January 28th.
6.75% sales tax charged unless you have presented NC sales tax exemption 595E form. Sales tax not charged on titled vehicles. Boats are 3%
All items are sold on a "AS IS" basis. We have tried to give you the most correct information possible, but do not warranty anything other than clear title. We have taken pictures to show everything possible. Buyer is responsible for inspection of all items. Buyer is responsible for removal of all items. A 5% buyers premium per item for internet bidders. Items need to be removed from the building by Friday January 21st, 2022 at 2 pm. Items can be loaded sale day unitl 4pm and Thursday 8:00 till 4 and Friday 8 to 2 . If small forklift (less than 5,000lbs) assistance is needed we will assist at no additional cost. Large items that need to be rigged and trucked can be picked up through Friday January28th by appointment . Buyer is responsible for all items when you buy them. All items are sold "AS IS, WHERE IS". If we know something is wrong we will announce it.
Country Boys Auction & Realty, Inc. is not responsible for interuptions in internet bidding if this occurs. The live auction may not stop if we have problems. This has not been an issue in the past with Bidspotter, but it can happen with all electronics.
Payment Methods:
Wiring instructions will be sent to successful bidders. All wires must be completed by Friday January 21st at 5 PM. A 6.75% sales tax is charged on all purchases (except for titled vehicles) unless you have presented a proper NC sales 595E tax exemption form. If you buy a titled vehicle you must e-mail mgurkins@countryboysauction.com with the proper information to transfer the title. The vehicle can be picked up immediately upon payment. Titles will be transferred upon guarantee of funds. Titles will be guaranteed. No titles may be left open.
