Inspection: Week of sale 8am to 4 pm
5% buyers fee with 1,000 dollar cap per item.
Sales tax is 6.75% on all non titled items. Sales tax will not be charged on titled vehicles. Sales tax will be waived with a completed E-595E certificate of exemption.

6.75% sales tax charged unless you have presented NC sales tax exemption 595E form. Sales tax not charged on titled vehicles. Boats are 3%
All items are sold on a "AS IS" basis. We have tried to give you the most correct information possible, but do not warranty anything other than clear title. We have taken pictures to show everything possible. Buyer is responsible for inspection of all items. Buyer is responsible for removal of all items. A 5% buyers premium with a $1,000.00 cap per item for internet bidders. Items need to be removed from the yard by Friday, May 14, 2021. Items can be loaded weekdays from 8am-4pm Monday-Thursday and Friday from 8am-12noon or by appointment. If small forklift (less than 5,000lbs) assistance is needed we will assist at no additional cost. Large items that need to be trucked can be picked up through Friday, May 14, 2021. Buyer is responsible for all items when you buy them. All items are sold "AS IS, WHERE IS". If we know something is wrong we will announce it.
Country Boys Auction & Realty, Inc. is not responsible for interuptions in internet bidding if this occurs. The live auction may not stop if we have problems. This has not been an issue in the past with Bidspotter, but it can happen with all electronics.
Payment Methods:
Wiring instructions will be sent to successful bidders. All wires must be completed by Friday, May 7, 2021 at 5 PM. A 6.75% sales tax is charged on all purchases (except for titled vehicles) unless you have presented a proper NC sales 595E tax exemption form. If you buy a titled vehicle you must e-mail mgurkins@countryboysauction.com with the proper information to transfer the title. The vehicle can be picked up immediately upon payment. Titles will be transferred upon guarantee of funds. Titles will be guaranteed. No titles may be left open.
