This auction is of a very large farming operation. The sale is being held for the United States Federal Bankruptcy Court Eastern District of NC.
Online Bidding will be available through Bidspotter. . Please call Mike if you have any questions about this. 252-916-1005. There will be a 5% premium to bid online with a 850 dollar cap per item. With no premium to bid on site.

YOU MUST REGISTER BEFORE 9 AM EST ON SALE DAY!!!!!
All items are sold on a "AS IS" basis. We have tried to
give you the most correct information possible but do not
warranty anything. Hours listed are the hours that are
showing on the machines. We cannot guarantee accuracy of
hours. In some cases hours or mileage are not listed because we know
cannot read the meater, meter is not working or has been
replaced. All small items must be removed from the property
by Friday January 27th at 4 PM. All items that need to be
permitted and trucked must be removed Friday February 3rd and must
have appointment after Friday January 27th for removal. bulk Barns will have 90 days to be removed
5% buyers premium with a 850.00 dollar max per item will be
charged above auction price.
Payment Methods.
Online bidders must pay by wire transfer within 24 hours of
the auction. Wiring instructions will be sent to successful
bidders
If you buy a titled vehicle you must e-mail
mgurkins@countryboysauction.com with the proper information
to transfer the title. The vehicle must be paid for within
the 24 hours and can be picked immediately up upon payment.
Titles will be transfered within 7 business days of sale and
mailed to buyers. Titles will be guaranteed.
