You are responsible for all items once you purchase them. 

All items are sold on a "AS IS" basis. We have tried to
give you the most correct information possible but do not
warranty anything. Mileage listed are the miles that are
showing on the units. We cannot guarantee accuracy of
miles. In some cases miles are not listed because we know
the odometer is not working or has been
replaced. All small items must be removed from the property
by Friday January 13th at 4 PM. All items that need to be
trucked must be removed January 27th and must
have appointment after Jauary 13th for removal.
5% buyers premium with a 850.00 dollar max per item will be
charged above auction price.

Payment Methods.
Online bidders must pay by wire transfer within 24 hours of
the auction. Wiring instructions will be sent to successful
bidders

If you buy a titled vehicle you must e-mail
mgurkins@countryboysauction.com with the proper information
to transfer the title. The vehicle must be paid for within
the 24 hours and can be picked immediately up upon payment.
Titles will be transfered within 7 business days of sale and
mailed to buyers. Titles will be guaranteed.
