All items are being sold "as is, where is" with no warranty or guarantee. It is the full responsibility of the buyer to inspect the property and/or perform any and all research they deem necessary prior to time of the sale. All of the information presented on websites, our inventory list, and our catalog was provided as reliable. However,Country Boys Auction & Realty Co. Inc., their employees, associates, and representatives hold themselves harmless for any information and make no guarantee as to the condition, use, make, type, model, or serial number of the property either written, verbal, advertised or otherwise conveyed.
Payment Methods.
Online bidders may pay by wire transfer, cashiers check, check with Bank letter of Guarantee, Master Card or Visa (credit cards will carry a 3% convenience fee). All transactions must be completed on or before Friday December 9, 2011. All transactions must be complete before shipping of equipment. You must notify us by e-mail of how you will choose to pay upon receipt of your invoice.
Shipping
It is the sole responsibility of the Buyer to arrange for pickup and/or shipping on or before Wednesday December 21st , 2011. You are responsible for the items once you have purchased them. We will furnish forklifts to load anything below 5,000 lbs. All larger machines will be the responsibility of the buyer to have them rigged and put on trucks. We will furnish you the names of local reputable riggers.
