Registration must be 24 HOURS BEFORE AUCTION STARTS. This allows enough time to be approved to bid. No deposit is required to bid in a CCON Metals USA Inc. auction.
All items for sale will be sold “as is, where is.” No items purchased in a CCON Metals auction have a warranty of any kind and all sales are final. CCON Metals strives to accurately describe each item. When dealing with used equipment sometimes serial numbers or model numbers are no longer visible, and mistakes can be made. If this happens, the new information takes precedence. If description is not fully posted, it is usually because it is no longer visible on the item. If there are any questions regarding an item, and the information you need is not provided in the lot description, contact a CCON Metals associate for any questions.

PAYMENT: all purchases must be paid in full immediately after close of auction and prior to removal.
ACCEPTABLE FORMS OF PAYMENT:
- Cash
- Company check
- Wire transfer/ACH
- Will accept credit cards up to a maximum purchase of $5,000
TAXES: Most states require sales tax on your auction purchases. If legal in your state, you may provide your resale or tax-exempt certificate to make your purchase tax free. If eligible, we require you fill out appropriate forms and provide them to us before your invoice is paid. This is required for each invoice. If needed, we will fax or email you a tax-exempt form for the designated auction.
REFUNDS: No refunds or changes will be made once an item has been purchased and removed from the auction site. All refunds are at the discretion of CCON Metals. Call 828-313-2266, or 828-493-1699 if you have any questions.
