PAYMENT : We accept Visa , Master Card , Wire Transfer Or Cash (if you choose to pick up your purchases instead of having them shipped) We will charge your card on file after the auction for the purchase and once shipping is figured out we will charge your card then. We do all in house shipping to find you the best deal. 

Guns: $15.00 registration fee PER gun will be charged to all buyers. All guns shipped via FFL holder will be charged shipping. All guns shipped by FFL holder must be received on the buyers end by an FFL holder. Black powder are excluded for this.
Buyers YOU are responsible for knowing your state laws of what you can possessed in your state. NO GUNS OR AMMO TO CALIFORNIA. NO INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING, UNITED STATES ONLY!
All sales are FINAL we recommend you do your research before you buy!

If you were to buy an item that you can not own in your state you would still be charged for the item. Then we will resell it for you at the next auction we have.

Items requiring crating buyer will be charged for time & material for building the crate . We charge $15 per hour & use all the recycled material we can to safely ship your items . This results in reasonable charges for crating We offer hand delivery as well for larger & multiple purchases often times for a fee much less than commercial shipping options Please feel free to call us for a quote ! We have private people as well in attendance from all across the country that would be willing do deliver for less than commercial shipping if it's in the way for them ! Again feel free to call us ahead of time to see if we can get this lined up for you . If you want to come pick up your purchases we can house your items for up to 15 Days & longer after the sale date if prior arrangements are made Any item held past 60 days without prior arrangements will become property of Circle M Auctions BUYERS : YOU Are responsible for knowing what you can possess in your state ! If you purchase an item that we cannot ship to your state you will still be charged for the item & we will re sell it at our next auction & send you the proceeds less our commission All items are sold as is Please make sure you have a good understanding of how the online bidding platform works .
